La Vida Loca is the story of Vida Sta. Cruz, a woman who, like many of her peers raised Filipino and Roman Catholic, has a rocky relationship with love and sex.
This manifests in her creating two personalities named Virginia and Jezebel, who adopt the stereotypes of bida/Madonna and kontrabida/Whore respectively. When Vida’s love life promises to bring her something good for once, will she be able to overcome her personal demons (and angels) to obtain true love?
