Kaidan: Nopperabo

Nopperabo have been around since recorded history. She has been identified as a ghost, an apparition, a woman floating on air with feet not touching the ground, a crying woman by the wayside, a woman floating out of a well counting to nine then sobbing uncontrollably, etc. But they all had one purpose, not to scare but to bring to
justice to those who have committed an unpardonable crime, bringing about the unjust death of a woman.
